DTC Dog Nutrition Brand

Meta Ads, Tracking Fixes & Ecommerce Retargeting
Took over a dog nutrition brand’s Meta advertising after they had spent roughly $1,200 per month for over a year on awareness campaigns and boosted posts without a clear lower-funnel acquisition structure.

I shifted the account away from awareness-led spend and rebuilt it around purchase-focused campaigns, using tiered audience strategy across broad prospecting, add-to-cart retargeting, and past-purchaser segments. This helped move the account toward actual customer acquisition rather than passive visibility alone.

Alongside campaign restructuring, I also fixed the pixel and Conversions API connection through BigCommerce and helped integrate the brand’s product catalog into Meta through Feedonomics, improving both tracking and ecommerce campaign support.

The result was a more performance-driven acquisition system, with new customer acquisition costs brought to around $31 and remarketing conversions landing in the $4–6 range.
